1. First and foremost, it is essential to power on the machine and release the emergency stop button of the cutting machine. This ensures that the CNC wood router is properly prepared for operation.

2. Once the preparation before starting the panel cutting machine is completed, turn on the computer connected to the machine, access the operating system, and open the software for controlling the production equipment.

3. Check if the system of the cutting machine is functioning properly. If there are any error messages displayed, the machine should not be used for processing until the cause of the error is identified and fixed.

4. Measure the size of the workpiece to ensure it does not exceed the processing range of the cutting machine, and make necessary adjustments. If the workpiece size exceeds the processing range, it can affect the machine's operation and may lead to severe damage.

5. Activate the pressure device of the cutting machine and proceed with normal processing only after confirming there are no issues during testing.

Maintenance of CNC cutting machines

1. Keep the work site of the panel furniture production line clean and dry. Avoid placing tools in snowy conditions. After each use, remove mud, snow, and sawdust, and store them in a dry and clean saw bed.

2. Ensure proper lubrication, regularly inspect the condition of machine oil in all areas, and lubricate them as needed. The ball bearings of the electric motor and reducer should be re-lubricated every three months. Before applying lubricant, clean with an oil cloth. In addition to regular lubrication, the lubricating oil for the gearbox should be changed monthly (preferably every two weeks). Also, consider using different brands of lubricants according to the season.
