The diamond pre-milling cutter removes burrs during the cutting of the board, enabling the edge tape to adhere better to the board and increasing adhesion. The dual motors, one rotating in the forward direction and the other in the reverse direction, reduce chipping.

EVA涂胶使用于批量生产，胶仓容积1.5L，具有可排胶功能，避免胶水长期在胶锅中加热变色变质，涂胶轴采用0.8mm网纹，具有涂胶均匀、胶线小的特点。
